Addresses

Addresses are used primarily to print on certain reports within the application. The most common type of address is a person address meaning the address is associated to a person.

  • NOTE: Person addresses can be automatically added by person mass additions. If a person is entered from the webpages, an address will also need to be created.
Prerequisites
Editing an Address
  • Navigation: Unit User - My Addresses
  • The Address Type Drow Down List will show person or unassigned addresses. A person address is one associated to a person. An unassigned address is not assigned to a person.
  • Modify the address information as needed and save your changes.
  • The address should be associated to a person. The primary flag indicates this address will print on any reports showing address.
Adding an Address
  • Navigation: Unit User - My Address - Add Address
  • Enter the appropriate address details.
  • Ensure the address is associated to a person. The primary flag indicates the address will print on any reports where the address is displayed.
