0 InsertOrUpdate No Insert or Update Use Insert to create a new record. Use Update to update an existing record. Header Row must begin with an asterisk (*).
1 OrganizationName Yes   Name of Organization. Currently Not Used by Loader. Added for future use.
2 OrganizationCode No   Validated against the Organization Code in Organization Table. Used to determine the organization ID for the course. Must be 40 Characters or less.
3 CampName Yes   Name of Camp. Currently Not Used By Loader. Added for future use.
4 CampCode No   Validated against the Camp Code from the Camp Table. Used to determine the camp ID for the course. Must be 40 Characters or less.
5 EventYear No   Validated against the XX_EVENTYEAR lookup values. Must be 128 Characters or less.
6 EventName No   Validated against Event Name for the given event year. Must be 256 Characters or less.
7 DepartmentName No   Validated against the Department Name in the Department Table. It is used to determine the department ID for the course. Must be 256 Characters or less.
8 CourseNo No   Validated against courses for a given camp and organization. Course Number must be unique for a given organization and camp. Must be 40 characters or less.
9 CourseName No   Name of the course. Must be 256 Characters or less.
10 ActiveFlag No Yes or No Validated against the ZZ_YESNO lookup value. Must be 128 Characters or less.
11 InstructorPersonID Yes   If left empty, it is assumed to be the generic person. Must be numeric. Must be a valid person with the Instructor Flag set to Yes.
12 LocationName No   Validated against existing active location names. Must be 256 Characters or less.
13 AreaName Yes   Validated agains existing active area names. Must be 256 Characters or less.
14 EventCourseRelID Conditional   Must be populated on an update.
