Summer Camp Systems Administration - User Maintenance

  • Navigation: Admin - Users
  • Use one of the search options to query the user.
  • Select the user to edit.
  • The email address can be updated.
  • A comment about the user account can be entered.
  • If the locked out checkbox is checked, the account can be unlocked by setting the Unlock User drop down list to Yes and saving.
  • If the account was created from the login page via the Create an Account link, the Approved Checkbox will be checked once the user clicks the link in the email sent by the application. If you need to manually approve the user, check the checkbox and save the record.

  • A user's roles can be granted or revoked by checking a checkbox by the appropriate role.
