Summer Camp Systems Administration - Contact Us Page Setup

The contact us page has a link at the very top of the application where the camp director, assistant camp director, and camp webmaster's email and phone information can be displayed. These instructions walk you through the contact us page setup.

Person Setup
  • Navigation: Camp User - People
  • Follow Camp User instructions to add or edit a person.
  • Ensure each person has a primary phone number and primary email.
  • Save the record.
Camp Setup
  • Navigation: Admin - Camps
  • Select an organization and camp.
  • Update the Camp Director, Asstistant Camp Director, and Camp Webmaster drop down lists with a person.
  • Save the record.
  • Click on the Contact Us link in the application header.
  • The person contact information should now be displayed.
