Adding a New Event Year

  • Add a new lookup value to XX_EVENTYEAR. This lookup is used to control the list of events by year.
  • Under Administration - Lookup Values, Click Add Lookup Values
  • Choose the Lookup XX_EVENTYEAR
  • Enter the new event year as the Lookup Value Code, Attribute1 and Attribute2. Optionally, you can add it to the lookup value description. Save the record.
  • Optionally, you can set the start and end dates to the current year. If these are left blank, they will default to the BOT and EOT.
  • If you are finished with the previous year's event year, it should be inactivated under Admin - Lookup Values. Set the active flag to No or set the End Date to the date you wish the event year to end.
